Oscar Garcia, Silver Haired Legislators

Oscar Garcia, native of Laredo, TX, and a graduate of Texas A&M University, is married to Muriel and they have five children and six grandchildren. Oscar retired from the Insurance Industry after 27 years in the business and is currently serving his third term in the Texas Silver Haired Legislature.
